I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics course and strictly abide by it.

I abide by NACHI's Standards of Practice.

I abide by ASHI's Standards of Practice.

I have passed NAHI's Standards of Practice.

I fulfill at least 18 hours of continuing education every year.
